3. Data Processing and AI Evaluation
3.1 AI-Powered Features
Your interview responses (text input, code submissions) are processed by third-party AI services (OpenAI GPT models) to generate personalized feedback, scores, and recommendations.
3.2 No Audio Storage
We do not record or store audio. If voice input is used (future feature), audio is transcribed in real-time and only the text transcript is saved. Audio is not retained.
3.3 Data Retention
- Interview History: Stored for progress tracking and accessible to you in your account
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active, plus 90 days after deletion for legal compliance
- Anonymous Analytics: Usage statistics may be retained indefinitely in aggregated, de-identified form
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data in the following circumstances:

- Paddle: Payment processing and subscription management
- OpenAI: AI model inference for interview feedback
- Supabase: Database hosting and authentication

We will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or fraud prevention purposes (up to 90 days).
