InterviewPrep provides digital, AI-powered interview preparation services delivered instantly after purchase. We offer a 14-day refund window in compliance with Paddle Buyer Terms.

You may request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase if you have not used any premium features (technical interviews, unlimited behavioral interviews, mock interviews, or AI evaluations). If any premium feature has been accessed, the subscription is considered consumed and non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@interviewprep.com with your purchase details (transaction ID, date, and plan). We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Billing Issues

If you believe a payment was made in error or you were charged incorrectly, contact us at support@interviewprep.com and we will review your case.

Plan-Specific Notes

  • Free Plan: No charges applied; refunds are not applicable.
  • Pro Plan: Eligible for refund only if entirely unused within first 14 days.
  • Elite Plan: Same refund rules as Pro. Usage of any Elite-only feature voids refund eligibility.
